Dear Swati,
Termination does not mean that the payment will be put on hold, but it completely depends on the reason. Thus, you need to specify the reason for termination so that someone can assist you with your query.

Dear Miss Swati,
You have been very casual in furnishing the required information. You have not mentioned which month the salary is withheld. Additionally, you have not elaborated on the "Integrity" issue. Nevertheless, a terminated employee is eligible for salary until the date of termination based on their attendance. Similarly, conveyance allowance and mobile allowance also need to be paid until the date of termination. The concerned employee has to make a written application to the employer for the release of pending dues.
