Hi all,

I worked for a recruitment firm as an Associate Consultant - HR for more than four months. One fine day, I was asked to leave the company and was told that my F&F would be done within 15 days. Now it's been more than six months, and I haven't received even a single penny. I have been speaking to them, and they keep on procrastinating by saying "wait for some more days." I am really frustrated with this unethical manager and the Managing Director. Now, I just want to lodge a complaint against the company. Please let me know where and how to file a complaint against them.

Dear,

You can file a case with the labor department under the Payment of Wages Act.

Hi there!

I am an ex-employee of Global InnovSource. I resigned on 11-Jun-10, and my Last Working Date was 18-Jun-10. However, I have not received my full and final settlement yet. I have tried to inform them many times, but they keep saying they will provide it in two or three days. Now, it has been more than 4 months, and I am really frustrated.

It has been 4 months, and the HR team still hasn't been able to calculate my full and final amount. I have communicated with them via email, and I have all the records related to this issue. What steps should I take to receive my full and final amount? Please suggest.

Thank you,

Hi Everyone, I worked as a System Engineer in a company, and I resigned on 02-Dec-2014. My last working date was 06-Dec-2014. It has been more than two months, and I still haven't received any sort of relieving letter. Can anyone suggest if there is any provision for legal action that I can take against them? I have reached out several times regarding my request, but there has been no response from their side.

Kind Regards,
Himanshu Gupta

Steps to Address FNF Settlement Delay

Send a registered post letter to your employer to request the immediate settlement of your Full and Final (FNF) dues. Additionally, file a complaint with the Inspector under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, as it seems you worked in Delhi. Include a copy of the letter you sent and mention the number of days the employer has delayed the settlement. I hope this resolves your issue; otherwise, feel free to reach out again.

Thanks,

Sushil

According to my appointment letter, it clearly mentions that the company may, at any time after the confirmation of my employment, terminate the employment by giving me one month's prior written notice or payment of one month's salary in lieu of notice, in accordance with employment laws. Similarly, I may terminate the employment with the company at any time by giving the company one month's prior written notice or payment of one month's basic salary in lieu of notice.

I have resigned and served a 12-day notice period. I joined the company in February 2015. After four months, I communicated with HR by email multiple times regarding my appointment letter and my confirmation letter, but I did not receive any reply or answer. In December 2015, I communicated with HR again regarding the same issue, and after that, I received only the appointment letter with confirmation. The company did not provide me with confirmation, so I resigned. I served 12 days in favor of the company and left the site after clearance. Subsequently, the company deducted my 19 days' notice period payment in full, not just the basic.

I request guidance on whether I can complain to the labor court or commissioner regarding this matter. I have spoken to HR many times, but they have not provided me with a clear answer. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
