Dear KVS Ramakrishna Rao,

Before issuing the warning letter, it is better if you conduct a domestic inquiry. The production of poor-quality goods need not be assigned to the operator only. Dear Mr. Rao,

You need to issue a show-cause notice first and call for his explanation. If the loss is attributed to him and is substantial, then conduct an inquiry if he has denied his role in the concerned loss. Thereafter, you can issue a warning letter.
