I had worked for 2.6 years in one MNC located in Trivandrum and contributed to my PF account throughout that period. Recently, I left my job and submitted my PF withdrawal request last month. Last week, I received a credit of around 26,355 rupees in my bank account via NEFT from EPFO, and the status in the EPFO app shows as settled. According to my EPF passbook, my PF should be significantly more than this, with a pension amount of 31,374 rupees and my PF being 53,671 (my share) + 16,642 (employer share).
However, the credited amount does not match these figures.
Could you please suggest what can be done in this situation?
If we raise any grievances with the PF office, will they respond and resolve the issue? Does my employer need to take any action regarding this matter?
Almost 75k is missing, and I am really concerned. Please help me with this issue.
