ISTD is a widely recognized certification, which is quite comprehensive. One advantage is that along with training delivery, the course also covers basics such as Organizational Behaviour and Manpower Planning. This helps a trainer gain a good understanding and concepts of content creation. Another advantage is that you will get to network with other trainers and faculty from the industry.

What the earlier resource person shared is absolutely right. ISTD Certification is widely accepted around the world and across sectors. Have zero hesitation in this regard. The certificate holds a lot of value.
My piece of advice is to learn how to train, develop content, and evaluate effectively by actively participating in training sessions. That is more important. One has to prove themselves as a trainer by actively engaging in training sessions and continuously refining their skills. There is no alternative to this approach.
