Hi, this is Saggi. I am working in an engineering service-provided company as an accountant. I have 2 years of experience in this field, but I couldn't enhance my knowledge because I did not receive the right guidance. Here, I am working on Tally to keep a record of all transactions in the books of accounts. However, I want to learn how to file TDS returns and how to file service tax returns. Is this only done by a Chartered Accountant or is there another way to learn? My CA is not teaching me these things as he is unsure. Please guide me and give advice on how I can learn all of this. I am eagerly awaiting your valuable reply.

Dear Saggi,
It's very good that you thought of gaining knowledge. To work upon your thoughts, you can follow the suggestions mentioned by others and observe what and how your CA is handling this aspect. While working, no one has so much time and energy to teach others. It's only your interest and patience that will help you.

Dear All,
I also have the same question as Saggi has earlier posted. However, I am more keen to know about the certifications, diplomas, or training courses in HR that will not only enhance my knowledge but also highlight my CV. Browsing the internet definitely provides a lot of information, but how can I find the current trends and standard forms and procedures that renowned companies are using?
If anyone knows about any certified trainings from reputed training institutes or certifications (international or national), SAP certification, etc., please do let me know.
Thanks & Regards,
Purnima
