Dear Jyoti If you have dopne an MBA in HR ISTD will add little value. But if your specialisation is Finance or Marketing, ISTD will definitely help. Regards Sonali Wagle

Do check with other people before joining ISTD. I found some of the reading material very poor. Even their website doesn't work well. The student registration doesn't work. Except the admission form, other downloads do not work.
