Conducting an Employee Exit Survey

Greetings! I work as an HR professional with a software company that operates in the ERP business. I am a fresher, and it has been one month since I joined here. During this month, I have observed many people leaving. In their exit interviews, I inquired about the reasons, and everyone mentioned they were seeking better opportunities. Therefore, I aim to conduct a survey to ascertain the primary reasons for departure and gather insights on their perceptions of the company.

Please provide guidance on where I should commence this survey.

Thanks & Regards,
Janice

Attrition is a common problem across industries, and there could be company-specific reasons. However, before conducting a survey, you may conduct an attrition analysis. Earlier, I provided an exhaustive reply about attrition analysis. Please check the following link for reference: https://www.citehr.com/519562-employ...ml#post2211229.

I recommend conducting an analysis of attrition and preparing an action plan. Upload the action plan on this forum, and someone senior, like me, could suggest corrections.

Thanks,
