I have experience in IT recruitment. I felt there is not much growth for a recruiter. I want to try in a new company as an HR generalist by showcasing my past experience as an HR generalist. Now, I want to learn the roles and responsibilities of an HR generalist. I need practical training on that; one day of practical training is sufficient.
