Dear Sir, In my company, one employee working in chennai covered in ESI, His parents living Native place. Parents want to get treatment from ESI. what is a procedure?

First, you need to check by logging into the employer portal of ESIC to determine the dispensary where your employee is eligible for treatment. Then, you have to enroll the employee's parents' names if they have not already been updated.
Are the employee's parents' monthly income less than Rs. 5000? (This includes any income.) If yes, then you need to issue an income certificate for their parents stating that it is less than Rs. 5000/-, which needs to be signed by the authorized signatory person as well as the IP.
Also, please ask the IP to obtain an entitlement certificate.
