PF & ESI Enrollment for Adolescent Workers
PF & ESI enrollment has no minimum age fixed. However, if you are employing adolescent workers, do you have the requisite permission under the Factories Act 1947 if you are involved in the manufacturing process? Hopefully, the procedure remains the same for adult workers and adolescents in both legislations.
