Hi, An employee of my organization covered under ESIC, wants to claim the expenses he made for the treatment of his father (Dependent). Kindly help me with the forms he is supposed to attach in the file.

What if the case is
Father was admitted in hospital during non working hours of ESI dispensary in emergency. Referral letter was applied/received the immediate next day. Can the IP claim for reimbursement for the 1st day??
