Dear Jitendra,
Tell me, are you still working with the same employer or have you quit? If you have quit that company, then go to the newly merged company and bring along your employment records from your previous employer. Check in with them; they should be able to assist you with the transition. If you are still working with the same employer, then in my opinion, there is no need to worry as they will take care of it for you. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Hi Amith,
Thank you for the information. I quit the company six months ago. The issue now is that the company relocated to Mumbai, and I am currently in Noida. It is not feasible for me to travel to Mumbai to sign the PF form, which needs to be submitted to the EPFO office. Is there any way for me to withdraw the PF amount from the PF Office without the signature of my previous employer on the PF form?
Thank you and regards,

Dear Jitendra,
No, according to me, you can't submit the PF form with the signature of your previous employer. Provided, you can call and try to send it by courier or post, which you probably can do. This would be the best thing for you to get your problem solved.

Dear Jitendra,
As per my knowledge, please fill out the form with your previous employer's PF Code and your PF No. It can be signed by a lower-ranking employee; consider the reason why the form is signed by someone other than the employer. After that, deposit it with the PF department. That's it.
