Shop Act License/Registration for Limited Liability Partnership

The LLP has started its business under the premises of the residence (Registered Office). Currently, no work is carried out under the registered office address. All work is conducted either at the client's place or individually by the partners. No partner comes to the registered office for work. Additionally, the registered office is not a commercial property (from Pune, Maharashtra).

So, from the above brief description, is it necessary to obtain the Shop Act License/Registration for LLP?

Hi Jeet Kayastha,

Whether the registrar is working or not, you need to obtain The Shops & Establishment License, showing a minimum of 10 employees, with 5 males and 5 females, to serve the purpose and ensure your company is legally safe.

Thanks
