Hello friends, I'm very confused. Kindly suggest, I'm a student of BBA. Now it's time to choose a specialization. My statistics are weak, but my accounting is excellent. In all theory subjects, I receive good grades, like communication. However, my statistics are weak. Please suggest which specialization I should choose - finance, HRM, or marketing? Kindly reply quickly and suggest me a good field.

You have mentioned two things. One is that you are good at accounting, though your statistics are poor. Since accounting is your strength, you can opt for finance. You can try to work on the statistics part through learning and practice. If you get into HR or marketing, you will have to first take time to understand these subjects.

Steps to Consider When Choosing a Career Path

So if you feel you are confused:

1. Try to select a career in the field with which you are familiar.
2. Have developed interest/liking.
3. Choose a field that you feel can help you grow in your future career.

I strongly feel you should go into accounting and can build other related areas like statistics.

All the best.
