Hello All, I am a fresher working on a project related to employer branding for a campus engagement program. The company is a reputed one, but it is quite disconnected from the college. Hence, it wants to increase its presence and brand itself in leading IITs and B-Schools.
Seeking Insights for Campus Engagement
Can you please provide valuable insights regarding how to go about it? For example, floating more and more case study competitions like Mahindra War Room, etc.
P.S.: Budget shouldn't be an issue, but the company wants to launch and showcase its presence in the leading Tech and B-Schools in the near future.

Dear Lucky, My comments on your post are as below:
a) "Employer Branding" is a far more serious activity. This cannot be delegated to a fresher like you. There is nothing wrong with delegating, but the person who gave you this assignment should have provided basic guidelines. Have the guidelines been given? If yes, then you may share them with this forum.
b) Branding is a part of marketing. Do you have an exclusive department for marketing? If yes, then to gather inputs, your HOD should have approached the Head of Marketing in your company. Instead of consulting in-house, why have you raised this query directly in the public forum?
c) Have you read books on branding or marketing? If not, I recommend that you do so. You need to have conceptual clarity regarding the concept of branding; otherwise, your work will be superficial. If you read books, you might not need suggestions from others.
