Dear all,
I was previously working in a company but got absconded, so I did not get my relieving letter. When I joined my current company, they too did not ask for the relieving letter. Now I want to change my job to another company, but now I have a relieving letter from my current company. Can I include my past company's experience in my profile? Kindly suggest me.
Thank you.

Harikrishna.Kopparthi: Yes, you can. However, if the new employer does a deep reference check, the 'absconding' status would be a matter of grave concern. Best to confess it right away and let the new employer decide.
