Dear Vipan,
Understanding Behavioral Interview Questions
All these questions are behavioral interview questions. The reply would differ from person to person as the situations each person faces are dissimilar. Whatever reply one gives, supporting questions would emerge from the primary reply. Therefore, the interviewee has to be ready with the supporting or clarifying questions rather than the primary question itself. The quintessence of these questions lies in their ability to elicit truthful replies. Even if the interviewee wishes to, he/she cannot concoct answers.
Preparation for Behavioral Interviews
To reply to these questions, one has to be ready well before sitting across from the interviewer. As and when incidents happen, one has to record them diligently. The interviewee would be able to give the replies to behavioral questions provided he/she has maintained the records.
Recommendation for Practice
Against this backdrop, I recommend that you prepare your own replies and upload them here. I will help you in preparing yourself to answer the supporting or clarifying questions. Since I conduct the training program on "Behavioral Interviewing," I can assess what supporting questions could be asked. Click on the hyperlink to know the details of the training program.
All the best!
