Dear Sir/Madam, I am Arpan Sarkar, an employee of Nexval Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata. I have been receiving numerous false complaint emails and threatening emails from the HR department of my company. One HR personnel, Mr. Vikash Kumar, is attempting to take false disciplinary action against me based on a fabricated case. He has sent me an email regarding this issue, and when I requested him to provide evidence to support these allegations, he threatened to take disciplinary action against me. Furthermore, he selectively shared my performance evaluation email with certain employees who are aligned with him, but not with all employees. He appears to believe that he is the superior authority within the company, asserting that he can make decisions and take actions against anyone at any time without the possibility of recourse. This behavior has been observed in his interactions with several other employees in the past.

To whom should I address my concerns for justice if an HR representative is unjustly pursuing disciplinary measures against me? Your assistance in navigating this situation is greatly appreciated. I am seeking fair treatment and justice in this matter.

Regards, Arpan Sarkar [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons]

Sad to read about HR people threatening you using their official position. Have you discussed this matter with your manager/HOD? Have you shown them the emails sent by HR? Keep your HOD fully informed about the wrong actions by HR. Who is the superior officer of this HR gentleman? Write to him in full detail and keep your HOD/Manager informed of developments. If you have done nothing wrong, there is nothing to worry about. If at the company level you don't get justice, there are legal channels. But I doubt whether it would go so far.
