You can use these pay heads and add them as per your policy:

- Basic Pay @50% 27,500.00
- HRA @40% 11,000.00
- Conveyance Allowance 800.00
- Telephone Allowance 2,000.00
- Medical Allowance 1,250.00
- Other/Special Allowance 12,450.00

Total Earnings: 55,000.00
