I'm working on my thesis in HRM related to HRO, HRP, and HRIS. I want to understand how the HR department functions within an organization and assess its efficiency. I have listed some points that I plan to include in the questionnaire I need to prepare. Please provide feedback on whether this is sufficient or if I should add more details. Additionally, I would appreciate insights on how to structure these points in a questionnaire.
