Normally, the last month's payment will be paid along with the F&F settlement so that any debit can be adjusted in the settlement. This is the practice almost all organizations are following.

Factories Act Compliance for Salary Payment

The Factories Act requires that on termination or resignation, the salary must be paid to the employee within 2 days from the last working day, and the remaining amount within 30 days. Therefore, it may not be possible for you to wait until the regular salary day. You should ensure all other work is prepared so that you can pay on time.
