Dear Seniors,
I have started my career as an HR in a software company where I am taking care of internal HR activities. Now, I have been tasked with handling US recruitment. I struggle with communication skills as I come from a Telugu medium background. However, I am interested in transitioning my career towards recruitment for better financial prospects.
Please suggest some good materials for new recruiters including sample conversations, or recommend reputable training institutes in Hyderabad. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Ok, I have noticed that there are many people with not-so-great communication skills working in the US staffing team. I suggest that you observe how other team members speak to candidates over the phone and how they convince them. By observing them, you can learn a lot.
When it comes to acquiring knowledge, always study the requirements beforehand. Research information on the internet, etc., so that you can appear knowledgeable to the candidates. As for sample questions, I believe you should observe how your colleagues interact with the candidates and simply follow the same method.
If you want to enhance your communication skills, especially spoken English, you can enroll in English speaking classes. I am certain you will find many options in Hyderabad.
I hope the above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Dear Sharma,
As a HR professional, you should not back out from this minor situation. Your company must have found some qualities in you to take care of US recruitment. You are getting a very good chance to improve your English communication skills. Take it easy and go ahead.

Dear Sharma,
Please search public sites like Google, YouTube, etc. I believe you should be able to find a lot of materials to help you learn better English, including resources in Telugu if you prefer. One reputable institute I am aware of is Veta, but I am unsure if they offer instruction in Telugu. In any case, please search the internet as you will find many valuable resources to improve your English skills.
Hope this information is helpful. Thank you.
Best regards,
Badri
