Our HR team is looking at Campus Recruitment that will help us hire fresh talent from various engineering and non-engineering colleges. Our organization is fairly new in India, so we intend to use Campus Recruitment for two purposes. One would be talent acquisition and the other branding. I have been requested by the operations team locally to prepare a Campus Recruitment Proposal which will be shared internationally as to why and how this will help our organization. I have participated in a lot of events that involved Campus Recruitment but have never been exposed to how to prepare a Campus Recruitment Proposal.
They say there is always a first time for everything. So here it is! I request members who have earlier dealt with preparing a Campus Recruitment Proposal to help me out with their inputs. If someone already has a Campus Recruitment Proposal that they do not mind sharing, there is nothing like it! I will look at the same and customize it. It would be great if costs are also identified in this proposal.
