There is a ton of stuff on the internet about learning to use Excel and PowerPoint. Just do a Google search for tutorials. Also, there is a lot of stuff here on CiteHR. Just use the Downloads box at the top of the page.

The best way to learn Excel is to practice. Do more and more practice with logical functions. Try to create small programs that make your routine office or home work easier. Once you gain a little confidence, try working with Macros and VBA. Apply a trial and error method to learn effectively.

Sharing more Excel formulas and files. Try to create small programs using some logic. Search for Excel-based programs on the internet and try to understand their logic. If the creator is a professional, they may have hidden the logic because the main component of any program is its logic. If you understand the logic, you will be able to create easily. If the logic is not protected, try to understand which formulas are used and how nested formulas work.
Another effective method is to use each formula repeatedly at least five times. This practice will help in understanding the formulas, and then you can try to loop one or more formulas.
