Billing and Quotation for Manpower Supply Business

We are a first-generation, entrepreneur-based company starting a manpower supply business from 1st August 2012. We would like to know how to bill the client, what parameters need to be included in the quote, and any statutory matters to consider.

You have to make your business profile comprising the following details: name, address, PAN No, PF No, ESIC No, Service Tax No, Proprietor Details (name, address, contact details, office address, email IDs).

Also, make an Excel sheet with the following subject columns: Sr. No, Particular or work/Type of labor required (skilled, unskilled, semi-skilled), quote rate accordingly (per hour, per day 8hrs, Extra hour (OT), PF (13.61% of basic wage), ESIC (4.75% of gross salary).
