Hello,

I worked for an MNC in Chennai for more than a year, and after being relieved from the organization, I sent the PF closure form (form 10c+19) along with my bank statement. Now, it has been almost more than 8 months, and I learned from the PF office that my forms have not yet been received by the office. What should I do to get my PF closed? Please guide me in this regard.

Thanks and regards,
Royce Khan.

Hi Royce, The PF Settlement forms has to go through your previous employer only... since the form has sections which can be filled by your previous employer only. Regards Vasanth 09940158323

PF closure can be done by the individual directly. He/she needs to get certain sections filled up by the previous employer and directly go over to the PF office and apply for closure. An acknowledgment will be issued based on which the individual can follow up if funds are not received in the designated bank account after 4-6 weeks.
