I need your help again. I will be joining a telecom company in the HR Department and will be working with off-roll employees. Can somebody help me plan things for the off-roll employees? How do HR activities take place for off-roll people and how are they different from on-roll people? I was handling a small number of off-roll people in my previous organization. Can somebody please send me the complete details specifically for off-roll employees?

Few documents and details that are particularly prepared for off-roll employees would be appreciated.

Hi Friend,

First, take some outsourced agencies for manpower sourcing and make an agreement with them; it must show your terms and conditions. You have to take care of attendance of off-roll employees, and at the month-end, you have to send attendance reports by agency-wise so that they can process payroll. Finally, agencies send invoices for money.

Lastly, you have to take care of returns of statutory deductions for whatever you have given to off-roll employees like PF, ESI, and others. Please let me know if you have any problems because I am working as an HR coordinator dealing with 10 outsourced agencies.

Can anyone help me with what the positive and negative aspects of being on a consultancy's payroll but working with a branded company are? I need assistance as I have been offered an HR/IR profile but on the payroll of the sourcing consultancy.
