Career Challenges and Personal Growth

As a software engineer specializing in Java, I have transitioned through eight companies in just four years. Initially, I did not recognize the underlying issues. If I disliked even minor aspects of a company, I would simply quit and move on. Typically, I saved around 1 to 1.5 lakh before stopping work. Once the funds depleted, I sought new employment by fabricating experience.

Several factors contributed to this pattern. Firstly, I had a lot of pride and worked very quickly. However, if I disliked anything, such as the infrastructure or my immediate boss, I would earn some money and then leave without worrying about a relieving letter.

Another factor was the ease of securing a job with just a couple of interviews, as no company conducted a background check on me, even the large firms I worked for.

Recently, I joined a major firm, but they terminated my employment after 20 days due to a background check. I did not receive any salary from the contract vendor, which has put me in a difficult situation.

Realization and Commitment to Change

Now, companies are conducting very strict background checks, prompting me to change my approach. I have matured and realized that without commitment to a company, I will not be entrusted with positions like team lead or additional responsibilities, even though I am capable of handling them innovatively. I have genuinely changed and wish to work for a company for at least four years to achieve career growth, take on more responsibilities, and secure a better package.

I am capable of working very fast to implement tasks (I have compared myself with others while working). Therefore, I am seeking a company that provides good PC configuration, fast internet speed, good infrastructure, and a supportive boss (whom I now regard as essential). What should I do now? Please help.

I have truly changed completely.
