Sub-Renewal of License
Assuming that you want to renew the central labor license, you should apply under Central Rule 29 to the Licensing Officer in Form VII within 30 days before the date on which the license expires, along with the required fee (for which you may refer to Rule 26). The license shall be deemed to have been renewed upon such application. In case of a delay in making the application, a late fee of 25% in excess of the original fee is to be paid.
