Hi Seniors,
I am Sara. I completed my B.E (CSE) in the 2005 batch. For the past 5 years, I have been working as a TL for a non-voice process. Suddenly, I got an idea of pursuing M.E (CSE) in a reputed college. After completing my M.E, I am planning to enter the teaching field. However, I am still unsure about making a good decision. Can any of my seniors provide me with suggestions?
Thank you.

You have done ME (Computer Science Engineering) and still confused where to go???
Greetings from Anil Sara lolzzz cant say how are you as your massage is showing that you are not good these days because of your problem of WHERE TO GO AFTER ME.
Sara, you have 5 long years of working experience as a TEAM LEADER and have completed your ME, and now you are thinking about TEACHING …Well I don’t think this is an idea and you should not think over this. I wud suggest you to continue with your profession and according to your educational background. To go with Teaching I don’t think you will judge with your own skills, Education and your time that you have spent. By the way I wanna know the reason why you are thinking over this ..why you wanna go with Teaching while you can get a good job according to your education qualification and skills with any of MNC or big company with reputed position, emoluments and growth and many more things but not with this TEACHING. Hope you do understand this.

Hello Anil,
Thank you for your reply. I have not finished my M.E. I am planning to complete it this year. I have been considering looking for jobs in other MNCs, but the issue I am facing is that I have not updated my programming language skills. Over the past five years, I have gained knowledge in handling non-voice processes. However, some MNCs are not considering B.E. candidates.
I hope this helps clarify my situation.

Hmm, in that case, you need to join a reputed institute to update your programming skills. This will give you more knowledge and experience, along with a sense of freshness. Since you are still studying, you should not dwell on pursuing a teaching profession. Instead, focus on a field related to your educational background where you have good knowledge. The most important thing is that you are pursuing your Master's in Engineering and have an interest in it, I suppose.
By the way, let me reiterate my question: why do you want to pursue teaching? What made you feel that way? You mentioned that MNCs are not hiring Bachelor of Engineering graduates, but we both know that you are not a BE candidate anymore; you are doing your ME. You simply need to enhance your skills, as you have been out of touch with it for a long time, right? Consider joining a reputable institute for evening classes or at a time that suits you, but make sure to do it.
