I am a bachelor's degree holder with 6 years of working experience in HRM. Currently, I am working at a managerial level in a bank and receiving a good salary as well.
Recently, I was awarded a scholarship from a country in Central Europe to pursue my Master's degree. However, I am having difficulty deciding whether I should quit my job and pursue my Master's degree or if I should continue my career in my current job.
I would greatly appreciate your valuable advice to help me make a decision in this situation.

This is a decision that only you can take. Just try to answer a few questions to yourself before you reach a judgment.
1. What is it that you really want to do: a job or study?
2. Will your family support you in your decision?
3. Will you be able to sustain the financial burden?
4. You also need to know that you may have to start from scratch after your Masters. There will be a gap, and it takes time to rebuild your career.
5. You also need to know that it might take time after the studies to get a job, depending on the market conditions at that time.
If you think that you are comfortable and truthful in answering the above questions, I believe you will reach your decision.

Thank you, Mr. Ashutosh. I think I have positive answers for all questions except the fourth one where I am a bit confused. I will get the job but not sure whether I will be lucky to immediately rank at the same level as I am now or not.
Meanwhile, I forgot to mention that I will do my masters in Economics and Finance. Again, I am not certain whether it's a good option or not considering my major in HRM in undergraduate.
