Hi piyush,
sorry for replying late.
First of I would like to ask why did you choose to get into customer care being an MBA in HR.
Nowif YOu are planning to start from scratch, post your resume in jobs related websites. Look for which comoanies have vacancy for freshers. then analyse the job, your expectations and other preferances and apply to the one that matches all these.
Another thing that i've experienced here in Delhi is freshers get two kinds of job usually-
1. in consultancies.
2. recruitment executives in BPO's.
Well , both of these are good options and depending on your short and long term goals, select them.
This I can say because you will get ample of opportunities in these.
HOpe you got your answer.....

Hi piyush,
Now Plz. guide me whether to go for BPOs or Consultancies for having growth as well as money , as you are highly experienced in the field
Well, to correct I am not that experienced and have worked 3 months in a consultancy and 2 months in a BPO, but yes i've learnt alot there.
So to ur question, I would suggest you to go for BPO's if u get the opportunity easily. Because, firstly the environment there is more professional, u'll improve ur interpersonal skills and there are chances of early growth. Ur performance is quickly acknowledged and down the line you may enter the hard core profile. And in terms of money also , BPO's are preferrable.
So find a job accordingly and yes its a bit difficult to get a job in BPO in comparison to a consultancy..
Still, work smart, you will find it,,
All d best...

Hi Piyush,
Nice to know , your doubts are clear now.
Well , one more suggestion, sharpen your communication skills coz in BPO's it means alot and makes it easier to enter and develop the knowledge of Recruitment and selection , retention, hiring- firing, attrition, etc. , because mostly these topics are covered in the interviews in BPO.
Rest all the best.
Let me know of your queries further.
So work smart...
