Hi everyone, can you tell me that what can be the HR Policies for a chartered accountant firm or company? I am new in our firm and facing difficulties in formulating HR policies.

Your noble thoughts on self-learning are an inspiration for newcomers. However, I believe there is a way to convey your thoughts. Sorry to say, but your first reply was a bit RUDE.

Regarding searching for information, CiteHR is one of the tools to obtain information, and that is what Mr. Varma is doing by posting his query. How can you state that he has not done any research for what he is looking for? His intention might be to seek information from experts or seniors who have been in the profession for many years.
