I joined IBM on 8th Oct 2007 and absconded due to some reason from 23rd March 2011. My experience is 3.5 years from my joining date until my absconding start date. After 23rd March, my manager called me, but I didn't answer. This should be taken as a general process of tracing by the manager. They tried contacting only me until April 5th, 2011, and then she moved for HR's action. The company sent the first letter to me on 6th April and the second letter on 13th April 2011. After 2 months, they sent a termination letter stating clause 6 (it's in my offer letter):

After that, I contacted my manager and

I believe you were working with IBM Daksh. You need to contact their full and final settlement team working under the HR operations vertical. I guess you have to pay back to the company on account of notice period recovery, and then you can get your experience cum relieving letter. They have a full and final helpdesk; ask your friends who are currently employed with the company to give you the exact email address of the helpdesk. When writing your concern to them, do mention your Employee ID.
