Hi, I am working for an IT consulting firm for the past 3 years, and I have a total of 4 years of strong experience in technical recruitment. However, I haven't been able to find any growth in my career. Please suggest some new ideas to help me advance in my career. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance in learning more about other human resource activities such as statutory compliance, ESI, PF, employee engagement activities, etc.

I would like to mention that with 4 years of experience as a recruiter, I have learned a lot in recruitment. My only concern is that since I am working in a consulting firm, I am not exposed to HRM functions apart from recruitment.

I went through your posts on the 7 Stars of HR, which addressed very clearly the functions of Human Resources, and it was very helpful. HR professionals are the most important assets in every organization. I am eager to learn more about all these HR functions in my career.

Anil, it would be great if you could share the formulas and implementation process for functions like statutory compliance, ESI, PF, payroll, and performance appraisal. Please correct me if there are any changes or mistakes.

If you want to learn more about ESIC & EPF, I recommend visiting their official websites first to understand the rules and regulations, forms used, such as Register of Employee and Employer, Claim and Application forms, Challans forms, and Returns. But for sample sheets, calculations, and examples of work, you can find them on this site through the links provided by members for practical understanding.
