Dear All,
Greetings!
I would like to query regarding employee issues.
Actually, there are some candidates/applicants who have been acting as employees of the company for more than 1 year, but they have never worked with the company.
They have also included certain details in their resumes that relate to the company and to which they could have had access (since they have never been employees of the company). This information is confidential and should not be in the public domain. Please let us know the recourse on the same, as the following options may be possible:
1) Lodge a police complaint;
2) Send a legal notice (if this is the case, which act would it attract - Cr.PC, etc);
3) Any other suggestions;
Please send me your comments at the earliest possible!
Thanks and regards,

Hi Deepali,
As far as I have understood, this case is related to employees who are showing fake experience. The best way to deal with such candidates is by going through company policies and taking actions accordingly. At most, you could terminate such an employee. Legal issues come into play when there is a case of attempting to steal company clients or any other assets.
I hope this answer has helped you. Let me know.

Hi Deepali,
I think you should take legal action. Nowadays, one can register a complaint with the police for cybercrime. They might have provisions for this type of act as well.
@senior - please give your views to enlighten us on this topic.
