Hi, I wanted to share this with you all! Budgeting is done annually and achieved in four quarters.
First, sit with department heads and find out what their requirements are by sending the format I am sending you. If you can get a candidate internally and they need to be promoted, then it is cost-effective. Find out what the present defined designations are in the company at this point in time. If it is a new position, then ask for a job description and find out what the competitive market price is at that time. Suggest the same to the HOD and your manager.
Then, take a package and calculate it per annum, including (and excluding) other benefits. Hope I have been of some help to you.
