Hello friends, I started my 2-year PG diploma (Distance learning) from Welingkar with the thought that it is similar to an MBA. However, some of my friends informed me that it is just a certificate that will not add value. Consequently, after completing my first year of PG, I dropped the idea of continuing it.

Seeking Advice on Completing PG Specialization

Can anyone suggest whether I should complete my specialization? Currently, I am working as an Executive in Recruitment. Do you think pursuing a PG will help me further?

Thank you.

Any qualification is better than nothing. However, any distance learning program has less value than an equivalent full-time program.

Have a nice day.

The company will be paying for knowledge, not for a certificate. Therefore, a certificate is required for eligibility when applying for the job. However, securing the job depends on your skills; do not let your morale diminish. Grow, enrich, and sharpen your skills for better career prospects.
