Hi,

Please help me with the legal notice format.

One employee has sent a resignation to our HR, and it has been accepted by management. As per company policy, she has to serve a notice period of 6 weeks. However, she left the company without serving the notice period and did not inform anyone.

Management intends to send a legal notice to her for not serving the notice period.

Please assist me with the legal notice format.
