Hi, I am Priyanka. I am working as an HR executive in an IT firm, and I recently joined the organization. Now, an employee has left the organization without any prior notice, and she called me to inform that she is resigning. My boss wants me to draft a letter stating that she needs to serve the notice period and should send a proper resignation letter via email. As I am new to this field, I am unsure how to draft such a letter. Can anybody help me with this?

Sir,

One of our company's staff from the marketing department has submitted his resignation last week. His resignation has not yet been accepted or rejected, but he has a habit of taking 2-5 leaves in a month. I have informed him regarding leaves that are not entitled during the notice period, but he still continues to do the same.
