Step 3: Analyzing the root cause.

Step 4: Identifying the solution for the root cause.

Step 5: Implementing the solution.

Step 6: Verifying the results.

To identify, analyze, and verify, 7 QC tools are used:

- Graph (Line, Bar, Pie)
- Check Sheet
- Control Charts
- Histogram
- Cause and Effect Diagram
- Pareto Diagram
- Scatter Diagram

- Stratification
