Termination Letter for Criminal Offense
Can anyone help me with the format of a termination letter due to a criminal offense like theft? If a verbal warning was given before but no written warning was issued during the first offense, yet a second offense occurred and the individual was caught, can a termination letter be given for such? Is it necessary to issue three warning letters (final) before a termination letter? Please advise, and I need the format urgently.
Thank you.

Immediate Action for Criminal Offense
In the case of a criminal offense, there is no need for a first, second, or third warning. You can immediately issue the chargesheet and suspend the individual from duty pending the inquiry. Following the final inquiry report, you may determine the appropriate punishment.
