Transfer Policy and Employee Concerns
The appointment order of our organization states that employees have an all-India service liability. One employee, a technician, is required to be transferred from Panipat to Bhilwara, where there is a need for his services. He pleads that he should not be transferred because his wife is working in Panipat and cannot get a transfer. Additionally, he has two school-going children. However, his transfer cannot be dispensed with.
