I am in need of information regarding the law in Karnataka that specifies the required liters of diesel storage for obtaining a license in the garment industry. We currently have a storage capacity of below 300 liters, and I am seeking clarification on whether we need to apply for a license or if there is a provision in the law exempting us from this requirement.
