I have to make a few projects, each should contain 10 pages. Can you people help me in making these projects?
Project-1:
A metal workshop consists of a foundry and metal shaping machines. There is grinding, chipping, hammering, degreasing, and welding operations involved, which includes the moving of heavy, rough-edged objects. For proper safety management, prepare a list of PPEs for each exposure you consider might be hazardous.
Project-2:
ABC company manufactures metal parts for large machinery. There is work involving cutting, pressing, and welding of both steel and magnesium, which also involves crane operation, lifting, and machinery transportation. This is a large factory with 100,000 square feet of floor space and around 600 workers. For proper safety management, write about the safety features required in your opinion, recommended fire extinguishers and their locations, the structure of the safety department, the training program you would recommend, and the name of work permit required. Explain why it is required and how you would implement permits.
Project-3:
XYZ Company is constructing a major building or bridge in a city. A large number of workers, cranes, and major construction equipment are being used. For proper safety management, identify at least 15 hazardous conditions of this work location and develop a good safety management and HSE policy for this work location.
