Recently, we had a performance appraisal followed by a salary structure review throughout our organization. Now, all the employees of our company have received their appraisal letters with the performance rewards, but I have not received any such letter. When I asked HR, they advised me to inquire with my reporting boss. Upon further probing, they disclosed that I have been marked for separation. According to their policy, the PLR mentioned in the joining letter should be honored in the first year (I've only received the PLR for 6 months of the joining year), but HR is bluntly stating that the PLR has to be earned. Whenever I ask for clarification, they insist that headquarters wouldn't know, and I should ask my boss. I am now confused about my future with the company. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.
