Dear Shainee,

Is that the normal way your company carries out its operations? Also, what is your position and don't you have a head person in the HR department who is supposed to have a sample of the requested document? Please use the search tab provided here, as you will find a lot of sample letters of the same kind on this site itself.

Thank you.

Obviously, in most companies, employees are moved from one place to another based on requirements. Depending on the company policy, a relieving letter can be issued on the company letterhead with the authorized signatory and the company seal, regardless of where the offer letter was originally issued.

Thanks,

Hi! Shainee, As long as the releiving letter is on the letter head signed by an authorized signatory of the company it does not matter.... Rgds, Amit

Hi,

As mentioned by the other member, if the company is the same, you can obtain the relieving letter from the head office.

Hi! When you are officially giving an appointment letter, and when the staff gives resignation or the institution gives a termination letter, you have to provide a relieving letter stating no dues against the person, also to the organization.
