Dear Friends,
I am using a timesheet in my office which is attached. I have a formula problem for the days. Off days are colored. When you change the Month No. on the Month sheet, the colored columns change their places according to the month days.
My problem is how can I change this Friday to Saturday, or how can I do it for both Friday and Saturday? Please instruct me on the formula!
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Parwiz,
I have checked your problem. Please find below the solution.
a) To change the color from Friday to Saturday:
1. Go to cell C11 in Sheet Hammad.
2. Select 'Format' -> 'Conditional Formatting' (Alt+O+D).
3. Change the formula from 'Fr' to 'Sa'.
4. Click on 'OK'.
5. Now copy the cell 'C11' and paste it to 'C11:AH15'.
b) To change the color for both Friday & Saturday:
1. Follow steps 1 & 2 above.
2. Click on the 'Add >>' button.
3. Select 'Formula Is'.
4. Type the formula =C$9='sa'.
5. Click on the 'Format' button and select the Pattern/Font color required.
6. Click on 'OK'.
7. Now copy the cell 'C11' and paste it to 'C11:AH15'.
