The Importance of Designing Training Questionnaires

Several times I have written earlier that training anyone can do. The real strength of a trainer lies in designing pre-training and post-training questionnaires. It is difficult because of two reasons. The first reason is that you have to do an organization's study, and the second is you won't get anything ready-made from Google. Concentrate on the causative factors of the training program. Based on these causative factors, you can design a pre-training questionnaire. In a few training programs, pre-training questions and post-training questions both can be the same. The difference in ranking or answers is the success of the training program.

Dear Rashi,

I have attached the form that we follow for both training and induction. What Mr. Dinesh has suggested is very much right; pre-training and post-training questionnaires should be prepared based on the contents of the training program.
